SIGG is the world market leader in aluminium drinking bottles and still produces today their distinctive 'Swiss Bottle' at their headquarters in Switzerland, making it the only European aluminium manufacturer. Most 'environmentally friendly' aluminium bottles on the market today are actually produced in China, just think of each bottle's carbon footprint!
Nansledan School has teamed up with SIGG and is offering each child starting Nansledan on Monday 9th September, a 0.6L silver aluminium water bottle with an upcycled neoprene wetsuit bottle cosy (courtesy of our Young Enterprise friends at Tretherras, Seal Newquay).
Our aim is to be #plasticfree, single-use certainly, but also attempting to reduce the amount of plastic overall within the school.
