'Meet the Teacher' sessions Wednesday 17th & Thursday 18th July

Admissions

For all parents who have now received their in-year transfer confirmation letters... congratulations! You're in and you don't need to do anything further.

There has been some confusion over the two-week take-up wording in the School Admissions letter. This window is valid from the official Cornwall Council autumn term date of 4th SEPTEMBER, NOT from the date of the letter and allows School Admissions to know who has taken up the place and who maybe hasn't.

Letters from Nansledan School will be going out in due course once we have received details from the Local Authority.

You can apply online for a school place via School Admissions at http://www.cornwall.gov.uk/education-and-learning/schools-and-colleges/school-admissions/

If you need further advice on the application process please contact schooladmissions@cornwall.gov.uk or call 0300 1234 101

For help completing the application, understanding the process or other aspects of school admissions, or if your family's first language is not English, you can also contact the Family Information Service on 0800 587 8191 or at fis@cornwall.gov.uk.

Should we reach our maximum numbers at the initial opening stage, our oversubscription criteria will be applied as outlined in the Admissions Policy 2019/20 which can be found below. The full Admissions Policy 2020/21 would then be in force, on a permanent basis, once the school has its full 60 pupils per academic year intake.
